Romania. Order of Merit, Grand Officer set, military version w/ swords, made in silver and hallmarked, numbered #008. The Grand Officer grade was introduced in 2000, with a current limit of 300 in the Civil Division and 100 in the Military Division; wartime, foreign and unit awards fall outside these limits. Good condition.
