Description

German, Third Reich (c. 1939–1945). Kriegsmarine High Seas Fleet War Badge (Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen), in silvered zinc, an oval oak-leaf wreath enclosing a battleship steaming through heavy seas, surmounted by an eagle grasping a mobile swastika, the reverse with a vertical pinback, maker-marked for C. Schwerin of Berlin. Of the standard ~44 × 57 mm form. Good condition.
