German, Third Reich. Army cuff title in green rayon with silver flat-wire script and edging, the lettering reading 'Unteroffiziervorschule' for the Army NCO Preparatory Schools established 1 April 1940, worn by both staff and students. Measures 39.5 cm. Light wear; extremely fine condition.
