Description
Bulgaria, Kingdom. Order of Civil Merit, V Class, Type II with Imperial Crown (19081944). A white-enamelled pisan cross with green and red enamelled oak-leaf clusters between the arms, the obverse medallion with a white cypher on red within the Cyrillic inscription "?? ?????????? ???????" (For Civil Merit), the reverse with a rampant crowned lion within "2 ??????? 1891," surmounted by an Imperial crown, on triangular ribbon. Established by Prince Ferdinand I in 1891 for exceptional service to Bulgarian civil life. Very fine condition.
